Event actions overview
Event actions increase the likelihood that visitors will remember, attend, promote, and share information about your events.
Tip Visitors can also stay current with your events by subscribing to a calendar. Learn more.
With Event Actions, you have the option of offering visitor accounts. Visitor account holders who take event actions automatically create saved My Events lists in the Event Actions web app. They can sign in to their accounts to view and manage these lists at any time from any device.

What are event actions?
In every Trumba calendar you publish, the events are active. This means that visitors to your calendar can take actions with those events.
For example, they can add the events to their personal calendars, set up event reminders, post events on Twitter and Facebook, and more.
You can decide whether or not to make event actions available in your calendar and event detail views and which actions to support. You can also control how many events calendar visitors can take action on at a time.

Tips
- Visitors can add events directly to their Google Calendar, Microsoft® Outlook®, Apple® Calendar, Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com, and Yahoo! Calendar personal calendars.
Visitors who use a calendar program not listed above can download an .ics file. By opening the file with their calendar program, they can add the event.
- If visitors have signed into Event Actions using their Microsoft account, they can add events to their work, school, or personal calendar hosted on Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com. See Visitor Accounts: An Overview.
- If the event being added includes custom fields, that custom information appears at the top of the Description field in the added event.
