If you're having a problem applying bulk actions to multiple events in the Trumba editing environment, check the list below. (See also How to update several events at the same time.)
You can only delete events that are owned by calendars to which you have edit rights. (See What you can do with a shared calendar.)
You still may be able to prevent the selected events from showing with the displayed calendar:
You cannot delete events that have registered attendees. Depending on your accounts privileges you may be able to delete the events from the Event Edit form.
There are two reasons you might not be able to remove events:
In this case, you can clear the mixed-in calendar's check box on the calendar list to prevent its events from showing with the displayed calendar. (See View and edit calendars.)
You can only move events from (or to) calendars to which you have edit rights. (See Move events and What you can do with a shared calendar.)
You can only cancel events that are owned by calendars to which you have edit rights. (See How to cancel and uncancel events and What you can do with a shared calendar.)
Note To cancel an individual event, open the add/edit event form, and then in the When area, select the Cancelled checkbox. (See How to cancel and uncancel events.)
There are two reasons you might not be able to uncancel events:
Note To uncancel an individual event, open the add/edit event form, and then in the When area, clear the Cancelled checkbox, (See How to cancel and uncancel events.)
You can only shift start times for events that are owned by calendars to which you have edit rights. (See How to update several events at the same time and What you can do with a shared calendar.)
You can only add events (to other calendars) that are owned by calendars to which you have edit rights. (See What you can do with a shared calendar.)
You can approve events only on calendars that are set up for publicly-submitted events and to which you have edit rights.
Note To hide events from a mixed-in calendar that is not set up for event submission, so that it isn't included when you try to approve submissions, clear that calendar's check box on the calendar list. (See View and edit calendars.)
The events you removed are owned by a calendar that is mixed in to the displayed calendar. Therefore, they still show up on the mixed-in calendar. To hide mixed-in events, clear the mixed-in calendar's check box in the calendar list. (See View and edit calendars.)
If you have a large number of events on your calendar, they won't all display in one list. Use the navigation arrows at the top of the calendar to view more events, and then delete or remove the events.
