If you or other recipients are not receiving your calendar or event email messages, it's because either:
When Trumba tries to deliver email, but the email was returned as undeliverable (i.e. bounced), Trumba flags the address in your Address Book and distribution lists, adding two red exclamation points. For more information about invalid addresses, see: About invalid email addresses and bounced flags.
If you believe that one or more of the email addresses was incorrectly flagged as invalid, or have since been repaired, you can clear the bounced flags, by clicking the Clear bounced flags command. See also: How to clear bounced flags in the Address Book.
If you're sure the addresses are invalid, you can remove them from your distribution list, by clicking the Removed bounced command.
If you know you have a valid email address in a distribution list for a recipient who is still not receiving your calendar and event emails, it's most likely because the Trumba messages are being treated as spam.
These recipients can take a couple of actions:
Many email clients, such as MSN® Hotmail®, Google Gmail, and Yahoo! Mail, include a folder where email messages that might be spam are automatically stored.
Recipients should check the spam folder (called Junk E-mail in Hotmail, Spam in Gmail, and Bulk in Yahoo Mail) to see if it contains Trumba messages. If the messages are there, by marking them as "not spam", recipients will receive messages from Trumba in the future.
Some Internet Service Providers, such as MindSpring, automatically reject messages that might be spam. Recipients who use these ISPs will have to follow instructions for adding these Trumba domains to their email safe lists:
Tip If the ISP requires an email address instead of a domain, the address to add is support@corp.trumba.com.
