Learn how to turn your food scraps and yard debris into a valuable soil amendment for your garden or landscape. We'll teach you how to set up and maintain a backyard compost bin and vermicompost (worm) bin, see what materials can or cannot be placed in your compost bin, and how to effectively use finished compost.  

Compost bins are available to purchase at a discounted rate. Payment is only accepted by check or exact cash (Can-o-Worms and Earth Machine are $45 each, Geobin is $15). Alternatively you may have the amount charged to your utility account and the compost bin will be delivered to you at a later date.
