The South Carolina Bar, in collaboration with public libraries and various community organizations across the state, offers the Law Talk program - free legal education events open to everyone. Each Law Talk session is led by a licensed South Carolina attorney or judge and includes a 30-45 minute presentation followed by a brief Q&A session.
