Spuds are the delivery mechanism for event information that you create and customize in Trumba Connect. A spud is a piece of JavaScriptTM code that retrieves event information stored on Trumba's servers. To display event information on your website, you simply copy and paste the spud code into your web pages. With spuds embedded on your website, any changes you make in the Trumba Connect editing environment show up immediately on your site.
Trumba Connect provides a variety of spud types that you can use to manage and promote your events. Numerous customization options, such as custom fonts, colors, borders, shadows, and more, give you the freedom to integrate spuds fully into your website design. Just a few promotion spuds are shown here. For more spud examples, go to the Trumba University Calendar and Promotion Spuds pages on our demonstration website.
