Volunteers are invited to help sort, bag & box fresh produce and non-perishable items from 9 am - 12 pm at our Food Bank Services campus in North Sacramento, located at 1951 Bell Avenue, Sacramento 95838. We do ask you to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. All volunteers will meet outside of warehouse 1 (follow signs) and complete the volunteer check-in process. Volunteers ages 10-15 must always be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the volunteer waiver signed by a parent or guardian. These forms are available onsite. Please arrive on time, you MUST wear closed toed shoes that fully enclose your entire foot to volunteer. Please do not wear flip flops, slides, hiking sandals, or other shoes that leave any part of your foot exposed or unprotected. Dress appropriately for working in a warehouse.
