Join this Lassonde for Life workshop to learn about building AI-centered products. We will be joined for a presentation and discussion led by Taylor Halversen-Bates, a senior product manager at Grain who has an MBA from the University of Utah. At Grain, she's leading the creation of an AI-centered product to take meeting data to the next level of usefulness. Formerly, at Lucid Software she led the launch of Lucidspark, used by more than two million users. With a background in UX research, she brings a user-first, data-informed approach to product strategy and innovation. This workshop and the Lassonde for Life program are open to all alumni of the University of Utah. The program is free.

Join the Lassonde community for a party to kick off the summer! Come celebrate the start of the semester, meet new friends, and discover all the ways you can live, create, and launch at Lassonde Studios this summer. All students are welcome. 

The Make Space at Lassonde Studios is open to all University of Utah students to build or prototype anything they want. During summer 2025, the Make Space will be open May 22-July 22, Monday and Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Resources include hand tools, 3D printers, large-format printer, work benches, and peer tool mentors. Safety training is required to use the wood and metal shop.
