Highlights - Husky Card Dashboard:
- Provides comprehensive insights into Husky Card production and distribution data.
- Answers key business questions for Husky ID Card program.
- Replaces a manual process for extracting, cleaning, and formatting data and improves accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Presents data in both aggregate and detailed views.
- Manages access with a UW Group.
- Workday Finance Dashboard:
- Captures approximately 50 Cost Centers in Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA), each with a unique Cost Center Manager.
- Automates the comparison of Workday Actuals against Budgets for these Cost Centers.
- Publishes the automated report on a central server for team access.
- Manages permissions so that each Cost Center Manager can only view the transactions associated with their Cost Center(s).
- Allows some Executives to access the complete data set for broader oversight.
