Leah has been an ICU nurse since 2013, currently working at Harborview Medical Center. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2022 at 8 Limbs Yoga and has been practicing for over a decade. Leah is passionate about creating an inclusive space for healing and health. She teaches a practice for the mind, body, and spirit using movement, breath, and meditation.
Leah teaches in collaboration with The Whole U and her business, Wildroot Studio, is a partner for UW Medicine wellness benefits.
