Energize your week with some midday Zumba! This 60-minute fitness experience blends Latin and international music with invigorating dance moves. Join this guided virtual class to get your heart pumping and body moving. All levels are welcome — no prior dancing or Zumba skills required.

Meet the instructor: Sellyna Ehlers Sellyna is an avid dancer who has been pursuing this passion throughout her life. Her love for teaching stems from the belief that it offers an opportunity for individuals to enjoy exercising. To Sellyna, Zumba is more than an exercise class. It provides participants with a sanctuary to alleviate stress, forge new friendships and foster communities. Sellyna is certified to teach Zumba and Zumba Gold. She has taught in multiple locations including the YMCA, Greenlake Fitness and University Heights Community Center. She has a bachelor’s degree in Women Studies and works fulltime at the University of Washington as the Director of Human Resources, Equity and Inclusion.
