The Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Long Term Follow Up (LTFU) Telemedicine staff are getting excited to convene with our Community Oncology partners for our 4th LTFU Summit in the spring. Earn CE-accredited hours during this two day summit with LTFU Telemedicine, Fred Hutch experts, and representative Community Oncology Nursing Partners. We will hold open forums to learn more about your experience of caring for out LTFU patients in the community. This is a great opportunity to put faces with names, foster existing relationships as well as build new ones, better understand the challenges you and your colleagues face, provide feedback on how we can better serve you, give you a change to see the inner workings of the LTFU program and learn from each other as we all strive to provide the best care for this very challenging group of patients. |
