According to the Gallup book “Wellbeing at Work,” Gallup has been monitoring Net Thriving since 2005. They describe Net Thriving as having the best possible life. The book is based on over 100 million Global Gallup interviews. Wellbeing encompasses the broader holistic dimensions of a well-lived life. Although there are other definitions, Gallup's global research has found five elements of wellbeing that add up to a Net Thriving life: Career wellbeing: You like what you do every day. Social wellbeing: You have meaningful friendships in your life. Financial wellbeing: You manage your money well. Physical wellbeing: You have energy to get things done. Community wellbeing: You like where you live. Please attend this session to learn more! Note: it is not a prerequisite to have taken Gallup’s Clifton Strengths Assessment for this session. The course will offer valuable wellbeing information whether or not you have previously taken the assessment. |
