Relax under the shady trees, feel the breeze and connect with the earth as our instructor guides you through a revitalizing experience that is suitable for everyone, regardless of their yoga expertise. It is my relationship to my mind, emotions, and body. To the people in my life and the strangers I’ll never know. The world within and around me. What can be seen and what cannot be seen. It’s my way of understanding and expressing through curiosity towards a deeper knowledge of who I am. Yoga is the mastering of the mind to experience the wholeness of freedom. My sankalpa, or sacred intention, is “I am liberated joy”. I aim to create a space of joy: supportive, playful, celebrative, and compassionate joy to experience life freely in its ultimate bliss. You’ll hear animated cues mixed with anatomy, humor, awareness of the subtleties, and honoring Yoga’s roots. Registration on The Whole U site is required to attend.
