Inside Sales Representative

Working in Sales at Trumba provides a unique opportunity for a Sales Professional with a proven track record exceeding quota in sales. We are seeking a proven sales performer to help us penetrate mid-market businesses and large non-commercial organizations by selling to their marketing managers and webmasters.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include generating new business in new markets. You will receive new leads from free trials and inquiries but you will also generate your own leads. You qualify and close them using email, phone, and desktop sharing demonstrations.

Required Skills/Experience

Your skill set includes solid sales revenue achievement, while building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers. Beyond a passion for sales and experience selling technology solutions, candidates should possess:

  • A successful history of new business sales.
  • Background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience and comfort with hosted internet applications.
  • Experience using SalesForce.com or other CRM.
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Respond to incoming sales calls and emails daily.
  • Assess customer needs and how our product satisfies those needs.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Give professional product presentations and demos.
  • Presales support.
  • Create proposals.
  • Create proposals.
  • Contract negotiations.
  • Account setup and ongoing management.
  • Limited travel to industry trade shows.
